1 kg waxy potatoes
1 cup finely diced celery
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp Genoese Fresh Basil PESTO
Juice of 1 lemon

Cook potatoes, drain and let cool a little.
Whisk remaining ingredients together and toss through potatoes and serve.
